They Accepted!
They took our offer! I'm so glad we didn't give them more. Greg and I are both such pushovers, it felt so strange and uncharacteristic to be standing firm and final by our offer. But it all worked out. We had a feeling it would. I can't wait to move in! Now here's what I'm thinking--should I make my blog private? I would love to post a virtual tour of our new house for our far away friends and family to see but I don't think that would be wise on a public blog. Any thoughts? Oh, and my camera broke so I can't even do pictures. And guess what else broke. Our Tivo box. And it had lifetime service. Oh, and our water heater broke too. Hmmm . . .what else can we break before we move?

CONGRATULATIONS guys! We are so excited for you. I'm so glad you got what you were (mostly) looking for. We are having a hard time finding a stupid apartment we like, much less a house. I'm glad you held strong to your offer. Good luck with all the moving stuff!

Wow!! That's great! It looked beautiful. I really was hoping that it'd work to hold out. I'm suprised how quickly it did. Congrats!! How big is that yard? That's our next dream :)
That house looks beautiful, from what you have shown. I am so happy you found something!!! BUT, I hear it is in Winter's Run Ward and I am really really really really sad. You are going to be very missed in our ward.
As far as pictures, I think you can post them. Just never take a picture of the front where the address is or mention your street name. Also, don't take a picture of all of your gold jewelry and fancy flat screen.
There is place where you can make sure that no search engines find you. That is pretty close to being private without going private which is kind of a mess...
Congrats again! You know how I feel about private blogs. If you do end up doing it, make sure to send me an invite. (If you don't, I might have to take you off the playground e-mail list... :) Joking!)
I think for all your local peeps, you should just hold an open house/"Mommies Night In at Nichole's". I'll bring you a new candle or something for a house-warming gift and we'll all get to wander through your new digs. :)
