After seeing over 30 houses, this is the one that we love. We gave the sellers our final offer on Friday evening and still have gotten no response. If they say no we have a couple other options but this is the one with almost everything we want.
We're closing on our house in two weeks. Look out mom and dad, we're movin' in!

WOW!!!! TWO WEEKS??? That's GREAT! How exciting! This house isn't up in PA, is it? It looks like a house near my mother's. Cute little front porch. Do you need help with packing or moving, or a place for the girls to come? Seriously, please let me know. I would love to help. I bet you are a little sad about leaving your house, too. But it'll be nice to start fresh and have new (and hopefully wonderful) neighbors.
